Refund policy
Kidz National is an online storefront. All orders are fulfilled and shipped by our trusted warehouse partner. Because of this, our return process works a little differently than a traditional retail store — but we are still fully committed to making sure you are happy with your purchase.
To start a return or exchange, please contact us directly through our Contact page with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 2–3 business days. Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Clearance items
Defective or Damaged Items:
Defective items are the only exception to the non-returnable rules above. If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately — you do not need to return the item. We will arrange a refund or replacement for you directly.
If you need a different size or color, we are happy to process an exchange for the same item subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as possible, as inventory can be limited.
Once your return is approved and received, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
