How Order Tracking Works

At Kidz National, all orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our warehouse partner. Once your order has been placed and processed, here is what to expect:


Order Confirmation

After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address provided during checkout. Please keep this email — it contains your order number which you will need to track your shipment.


Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been picked, packed, and shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time.


Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)
  • Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.
  • Processing time is typically 1–2 business days before shipment.

Can't Find Your Tracking Email?

Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot locate it, please reach out to us through the Contact page with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We will look into it right away.

At this time, Kidz National ships within the United States only. We hope to expand to additional regions in the future.
